Terms of service

The short version: try BuzzyBeacon free for 14 days, pay monthly or yearly after that, and cancel whenever you like. Your content is yours. We work hard for your results, but nobody can promise a top spot on Google.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using BuzzyBeacon (buzzybeacon.com), you agree to these terms. If you use BuzzyBeacon for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.
What we provide
BuzzyBeacon plans, writes and publishes content for your website, checks your website for problems, tracks your Google results, checks whether AI answers name your business, and sends you a weekly report. The work is done by our Buzzy Bees, which are AI helpers.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- Tell us straight away at support@buzzybeacon.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Plans, billing and add-ons
- After the trial, your plan renews automatically every month or every year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page. Add-ons are billed monthly.
- Payments are handled by Stripe.
- If we change our prices, we will tell you before the change affects your next payment.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it stops. There are no cancellation fees. We don’t refund part-used periods, but if you think you were charged by mistake, email support@buzzybeacon.com and we will look into it.
Your content and connected accounts
- The content we create for you, and the business details you give us, belong to you.
- When you connect Google, WordPress or Shopify, you allow us to use those accounts only to provide BuzzyBeacon to you. You can disconnect them at any time.
- You choose how much the Buzzy Bees do on their own. In Auto mode, eligible articles publish without asking you first. You stay responsible for what appears on your website, so check the settings suit you.
AI-written content
Our Buzzy Bees use AI. AI can make mistakes, so please check important facts about your business, such as prices, opening hours and services. You can review content before it goes live by choosing the Approval or Assisted mode.
No ranking guarantee
Search engines and AI tools decide their own results. We do the work that helps, and we show you exactly what changed, but we can’t guarantee any position on Google or any mention in AI answers.
Fair use
Please don’t use BuzzyBeacon to publish anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to break other people’s rights, to send spam, or to try to break or overload our systems. We may pause or close accounts that do.
If you close your account
If you ask us to delete your account, we keep your information for 90 days in case you change your mind, and then delete it. Articles already published on your website stay there. See our privacy policy for details.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep BuzzyBeacon running smoothly, but we provide it as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.
Affiliates
If you join our affiliate program, the affiliate terms also apply.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will email you before it takes effect. If you keep using BuzzyBeacon after that, you accept the new terms.
